Step is a cardio-training method that opens up an infinite range of exercises and choreographies using just one small accessory: the step block.
This step board takes the form of a step between 60 and 90 cm long and around 25 to 35 cm wide. The height of the step varies from 10 to 25 cm, so you can choose the height to suit your goals.
Set to rhythmic music, you follow a choreographed sequence of steps created by a coach: up and down, front or sideways, flat footed or on tiptoe… In short, the step is similar to an aerobics session, with the difference that the height of the plank allows for more in-depth muscle-building work and a greater variety of movements.
